It has been two years since a ferry capsized in South Korea, killing more than 300 people, most of them school children.

The Sewol ferry sank on April 16, 2014, but the wreckage has still not been raised.

The bodies of nine people have still yet to be recovered, and their families are campaigning for the ship to be salvaged.

HuffPost Korea spent two days with some of the victims' fathers, who remain at an island about a mile away from the location of the sinking, where they watch the recovery effort.

The parents have formed a group called the '4/16 Family Association, whose members have kept a lonely vigil for the past eight months.
