Met Gala 2016: Taylor Swift Goes Goth

Taylor Swift has had an edgy new makeover as of late, so naturally her Met Gala outfit choice was bound to be show-stopping.

The singer, and co-host of this year's gala, rocked up to the prestigious fashion event in a futuristic silver mini dress with bold cutouts, teamed with strappy black knee-high boots.

Swift teamed the look with her newly bleached hair and gothic dark berry lipstick, keeping her eye makeup super minimal.

The theme of this year's Metropolitan Museum of Art Costume Institute Benefit was 'Manus x Machina: Fashion In An Age Of Technology' - and we reckon Swift pulled it off perfectly.
