Deus Ex: Human Revolution [15]

Deus Ex is a game that adds a little bit more the the FPS genre. Mixing different gameplay mechanics combat, stealth hacking, exploration and social. Deus Ex offers gamers with that rare choice of "how?" as in, how will you complete your mission? Will you go guns blazing, leaving destruction in your path, or sneak past leaving no trace you were ever there. Will you befriend someone by being nice or use intimidation them do what you want. With an in-depth story lasting over 20 hours with a chance to play through it again completely different Deus Ex will be game worth putting some time into.

Child of Eden [7+]

Child of Eden is an upcoming rhythm action game which beautifully integrates sound, vision and touch in one seamless experience. It also offers motion control support for those wishing to play it in multiple ways. Offering a unique gameplay mix of a on rail shooter and a rhythm game that is truly a beauty to see, giving gamers a chance to experience a different kind of game. The main story is short but has options for increased difficulty, unlockables and the PS3 version to have 'really cool extras' over its Xbox counterpart it is defiantly one to try.

L.A. Noire [18]

L.A. Noire is a ground-breaking game, showing the exact details on character's faces using motion-scan, it uses 32 surrounding cameras in a studio to capture facial expressions from every angle. This feature ties well with the game as you play a detective who must solve many crimes setting in this tale of 1950s LA with your decisions affecting cases and depending on how good you are. Your case could be different than your friend's, rewarding those who take time to find out all they can before questioning suspects. The gamer will have to decide whether the person is lying or telling the truth by observing the witnesses or suspect's face or reaction. For the unique experience alone it's worth a try.

Gears of War 3 [18]

Gears of War 3 is the third and final chapter in the Xbox exclusive series and it's had 1 million pre-orders already. This game will see you finish Delta Squads long battle with the Locus as well as new foe the Lambent. With chainsaw machine gun in tow this looks to be the sending off Marcus Fenix and his group of soilders. Supporting Steroscopic 3D even in split screen and the same quality and action the series has been known for throughout. Not to mention a voice appearance from Isaiah Mustafa "the Old Spice Guy" it is sure to be a glorious end to the series.

Resistance 3 [18]

Resistance 3 is the third instalment of the PlayStation exclusive first-person shooter. Players take on the role of leasing the charge against the Chimera as they continue their assault of 1957 Earth. The game will also feature PlayStation Move support and Stereoscopic 3D this promises to further immerse players into its world. Given all the promotion put into this game including demos that come with blu-rays, online teaser games and a dedicated event Resistance 3 is looking to come at you full force to see if you are up for the challenge.
