The London Cocktails scene is thriving - and the things I get asked more often than not are - where to go, what to drink and how to make something up at home. So, this is a series focuses on answering those questions with the help of industry professionals.

In this Episode of Cocktail Diaries, Mike Stringer of Black Leaf Events talks us through his twist on a classic breakfast Martini, made especially for the Broker's Gin pop-up at London Cocktail Week 2013. It's also been specially created so it can be put together using standard kitchenware as opposed to specialist equipment - so now there's no excuse!

Broker's Breakfast Martini recipe

2 egg cups Broker's Gin

1 egg cup Lemon Curd liqueur

1 egg cup Fresh lemon juice

2 teaspoons Egg white
