Unconfirmed reports of Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi being killed have circulated multiple times in the past, however intelligence officials believe he had been in hiding for five years.
President Trump tweeted in the early hours of Sunday morning that "something very big" had just happened.
If verified, the clip could be proof Baghdadi is still alive, despite Isis losing all of its territories.
