Carbon neutrality

Swedish climate activist Greta Thunberg addresses the environment committee at the European Parliament in Brussels as they unveil their Green Deal. Thunberg criticised the new plan, that would see the European Union be carbon neutral by 20250, calling it a ‘surrender’ and ‘pretending’.
That means converting 100% of the business to renewable energy and investing in carbon-absorbing technologies.
Beef products are to be removed from sale at Goldsmiths as part of a plan to become carbon neutral by 2025.
