Her remains were found more than 30 miles from a beach in Koh Rong island, where she disappeared, Cambodian police said.
The 21-year-old, from Worthing, West Sussex, has not been seen since late last Wednesday.

21-year-old gap year student Amelia Bambridge went missing on the island of Koh Rong in Cambodia on Wednesday. Last seen at 3am after disappearing from a beach party, Bambridge’s rucksack containing her mobile phone and bank cards was found by staff the following morning. Her family, who describe the disappearance as “out-of-character”, have flown to the island to help authorities in the search.
