Many recent bad court decisions cry out for revocation, but I wonder whether the current British government is even aware of the existence of this nuclear option, let alone courageous enough to use it.
On Sunday 4 June 2017, in response to the latest London terrorist outrage, Theresa May came up with a new approach to the problem. However, upon examination, it is neither new nor practical but muddled and self-defeating.
The real immigration problem is not migration from the EU but from outside the EU, over which the UK has had complete control all along, but which has soared out of control nevertheless. How did this come about? And how can the problem be solved?
