The much-loved entertainer died in November at the age of 88, following a fall at his home.
"Even now, the saddest I have ever felt, Daddy can still make me laugh," she wrote on Twitter.
Piers Morgan, Carol Vorderman and Paddy McGuinness were among those who honoured the late entertainer online.
The pair presented Today With Des And Mel on ITV between 2002 and 2006.
He had been admitted to hospital just over a week ago, following a fall at his home in Buckinghamshire.
