The actor's self-titled US talk show is making a comeback without writers – a move which has been condemned by the striking Writers Guild of America.
The talk show host was conducting a live interview with actor and singer Reneé Rapp at the time of the incident.

The actor said her US talk show has given her new motivation to avoid alcohol: "I can’t handle this unless I’m in a really clear place."
