Gloucestershire Police have confirmed officers will stop vehicles suspected of driving long distances on routes into the Forest of Dean.
A 38-year-old man has also been charged with assisting an offender.

The perpetrator is also suspected of posting porn through letterboxes in the middle of the night.
No-one was injured, police said.
His body was found in the early hours of Thursday.
