I've long told bemused friends that I'm not afraid of being haunted and that I actually think it would be quite cool if it happened. Whilst some say that they would rather die themselves than be visited by the dead I don't see what all the fuss is about.
The school or work week easily sags into a void in productivity. Everything seems so routine, and it's hard to keep ourselves awake when we can do nothing but anticipate the same things repeatedly.
Every day for 100 days I shared a photograph (or video) through social media with the hashtag #ilovelife. A photograph that captured an experience, a moment, a thing, an event, that brought me joy or love or wisdom or peace.
Habits help, they give you structure, a routine. They set up the framework and help you to be consistent and persevere. Habits
Next time I turn the news on and see a story about people living through a drought, or floods affecting people's houses and lives, I won't just feel sorry for them. I will understand a lot better what they must be going through and will pick up that phone and donate more and encourage everyone I know to do the same.

If I wasn't this unwell, I probably wouldn't have done any of the things that I have done since I was eighteen. If I was well enough to have gone to drama school in New York when I wanted to, I would have. Instead, I have had to constantly find new paths to follow that are right for me at any given time. And they have changed so many times.
