I am sorry for all the times I have called you ugly, fat and disgusting. I am sorry for all the times I have sat on the floor of my room, crying because I felt that if you were only lighter, that only if you took up less space in the world we would be better and more liked.
Mothers, fathers, aunties, uncles, grandparents, friends - you MUST treat your body with the exact same love, respect and pride that you would treat a child's.
How we move - how we walk - our subtle body language is controlled by our subconscious mind. People will read your body language at a subconscious level. So make sure you're giving out the right message and remember dance is the hidden language of the soul of the body.
Thankfully for the rest of us (certainly for those that no longer want to be held back, or, as importantly, to hold back others), it's never too late to make some positive changes. So, in the spirit of Gandhi himself, here's a few ways in which we can all remake ourselves for the greater good. Here goes nothing...
