hydrate

Well, I vowed this year that I would drink more water. At least 3 litres a day. Some days it has been more of a struggle than others. But I have seen such an improvement to so many areas of my body and my life!
I am fanatical, almost borderline obsessive about HYDRATION. I can't stress how important I think this aspect is. I for one
The sun is starting to creep it's way back out from behind the clouds and now is when people start to really take notice of their bodies with the layers and layers of Winter clothes starting to come off. Unfortunately people start to look for quick fixes on how to suddenly look amazing for the summer and I am here to tell you that there is no quick fix...
