Blackfishing accusations, Little Mix and the duo's new single Boyz were all part of the hour-long discussion.
The former Little Mix star unveiled her first solo track Boyz earlier this week.
Boyz features Nicki Minaj, with also Diddy making a cameo in the track's music video.
"It is weird because for so many years we were as close as sisters... and then, nothing."
Jesy hailed her former bandmates as being "like sisters", but has spoken out about difficulties she faced in the group.
After nine years with the chart-topping group, Jesy stepped away from Little Mix last year.

In the last 10 years, Little Mix's friendship has shone as brightly as their talent.

The British pop group are the latest stars to be unveiled at Madame Tussauds in London.
They previously gave a shout-out to Jesy during their scene-stealing acceptance speech.
