January is the month that media outlets around the world predict the next big thing and showcase the newest trends, from exercise techniques to technology. Sadly, one trend that will continue this year from last will be that youth unemployment will remain high.

With three days of conversing and debating with thirty of the great leaders and visionary thinkers from diverse areas of expertise, I knew from Day One that we would leave here with a sense of renewed energy and enthusiasm to change the world.
I sincerely hope the B-Team lets the Millennial Generation lead them and that it doesn't turn into procession of corporate compunction by born again incumbent leaders. The world doesn't need apologies; it needs a new perspective that defines success. It needs a 'Boom'.
