everybody banner I spent a lot of time in the gym when I was teenager. Initially it was more of a social thing, but slowly exercise became a way of life for me. I imagined myself strong and healthy, and assumed I'd always be able to go for runs and lift heavy weights. What I never considered at 16 was that I'd soon be diagnosed with a condition that would force me to rethink exercise entirely.
We have reviewed our position on cannabis use as a medicinal treatment for people with MS. With the aid of our medical advisers we reassessed the level of evidence. And we've worked with people with MS, both through a UK wide survey and focus groups, to share their perspectives and experiences.
While there were a few glimmers of hope in the Chancellor's speech, they are not enough to allay the uncertainty and fears for many people with MS. Access to disability benefits, the right healthcare and social care support is crucial if people are to live fulfilling lives and the Government must ensure this is a reality for all with MS.
