The NHS is about what people need and not what they want. That's the intention with which it was set up, and indeed that is how modern medicine is set up. And the boundaries between what folk need and want have become totally blurred.
Wouldn't it be great if we could have leaders who aren't just brilliant at what they do but who also have intrinsic values and are authentic to their very core? Leaders who don't just talk the talk but actually walk the walk.
When it comes to the powerful we care only about the pixilated version - we're not interested in the big picture.
