There's who you really are, in the flesh and face-to-face and there's the mask you wear online, how you filter what you do for broadcast on social media to friends and family, and how you behave in the digital arena.
It is not a particularly new concept for one to want to track their performance and development when it comes to certain activities but the ability to be able to this is quickly picking up pace due to the ongoing development of Quantified Self.
The notion of the Quantified Self is to take data from your every day activities to help map your behaviour to help you identify trends in the way you think, feel and act. You can then use this data to change your behaviour should you so wish.
