If we are to contribute to the workforce in healthy ways that fairly recognises and rewards our talents and potential, surely parents shouldn't be penalised for dipping out of employment and suffer the longer term impact on their employability.

What does being stuck in your 20s look like? Sometimes it means not being able to get out of bed. Other times it means a blizzard of early-morning iPhone alarms, midnight emails, and bloodshot eyes, without time to pause; to recognize that you can't remember the last time when you were actually happy.
Everything about the experience was amazing and so different from life in England. The best parts for me were teaching and spending time with the children as it was very rewarding. Travelling at the weekend was amazing as I was able to see such things as waterfalls, national parks and tame crocodiles.
