Being aware of your emotions can be difficult; at times it can be overwhelming... You need to be able to step back and see what you are experiencing, accept the emotion and then choose more positive thoughts and behaviours to enhance your level of happiness.
With 60,000 to 100,000 thoughts a day, how focused are you with your mindset on what you are doing? Are you getting through that long to do list? Are you finishing your project? How many disruptions are you running with every day?
As I lay under the chestnut tree with the sun streaming through I noticed how quickly we have fallen into autumn in the UK, the leaves are changing, the sun is not quite so warm and there is a bed of leaves underneath me.
