2015 is a good year for women artists at the Tate Modern with Agnes Martin opening this week, hot on the heels of Marlene Dumas and Sonia Delaunay.
The Tate has opened a wonderful new exhibition on Sonia Delaunay, the exciting avant-garde artist whose bright and colourful works spanned not just painting, but also textiles, fashion, theatre and design.
It was a great year for art shows in the capital but, frustratingly, the big exhibitions were dominated by white male artists. So it is with great delight that the calendar for 2015 sees this challenged in a big way. Here is my list of those art exhibitions in London to put in your diary for 2015.
