The I'm A Celebrity star took over the mid-morning slot following Ken's departure after more than 30 years at the station.
He took over from Ken Bruce in the mid-morning slot in May.
The legendary broadcaster left Radio 2 earlier this year after more than three decades at the station.
“Have I ever taken Viagra? No! That’s the last pill I need to be taking!" said the Radio 2 host, who is married to Strictly host Tess Daly.
The presenter hosted his first show after taking over Ken Bruce's old slot on Monday.
The TV presenter will reportedly take over from the broadcasting veteran following the news that he would be stepping down after 31 years at the station.
"I’m never going to live that one down, am I?"
The presenter said he was "absolutely gutted" to miss the show.
We won't be seeing him showing off his moves on the BBC ballroom show any time soon.
