Claire qualified as a solicitor in 2007, specialising in family law. She has experience in all family law issues, in particular complex financial proceedings arising on divorce, often with an international element. Claire acted in the recent reported cases of Z v A [2012] EWHC 1434 (Fam) and Z v A [2012] EWHC 467. She is a French speaker and frequently advises in cases with a French element. Claire has expertise in children cases, including international surrogacy, where she helps clients to regularise their parental rights in England following surrogacy arrangements abroad.

Claire is a Member of Resolution (the association of family lawyers committed to the constructive resolution of family disputes) and a supporter of BAAF (The British Association for Adoption and Fostering)
