Joel Mullan
Co-author of 'China-Ready: Equipping Britain for an Asian Future'
Joel Mullan is an expert in UK education policy. He currently works as adviser to a leading education technology organisation, is a trustee of the vocational training charity ‘Skills for Growth’ and is a part-time postgraduate student in Education & International Development at the UCL Institute of Education.
He is a former policy adviser to the 1994 Group of Universities and prior to that was education and skills manager at the think-tank ‘Policy Connect’, where he established and ran the Higher Education Commission. He has also written for Policy Connect, CentreForum, the Fabian Society and the Institute of Education Press.
He is a former International Officer of the Young Fabians and co-editor of 'China-Ready: Equipping Britain for an Asian Future.'
