Dr Monica Seeley, founder of Mesmo Consultancy is an international expert on best email practice and author of 'Brilliant Email'. Monica is passionate about enabling organisations and individuals to use email more effectively and securely to improve productivity.

Those who work with her say her one-to-one coaching, workshops and strategic consultancy improves both business and personal performance as it dramatically saves time - at least 40 minutes per person per day; reduces email overload – one of the biggest drains on productivity; and achieves much more focused and effective email communication.

Her approach helps eliminate the sending or receiving of unwanted email. She shows how to create email which achieves the sender’s required results and are legal, accurate and appropriately reflect the image of the sender/organization.

Her clients are drawn from a wide range of organisations of all sizes from the public, private and not for profit sector. They include Allianz, BT, Balfour Beatty, E.ON, Gucci Group, KPMG Channel Islands, Safran (Morpho), Signet, Trafford Centre, University of East Anglia and Water Aid.

Monica is a Visiting Fellow at Sir John Cass Business School, City University and Bournemouth University Business School. Her research includes the future of email and the use of social technology to improve communications.

The media frequently seeks her opinion on the effective strategic use of electronic communications and especially email. She often contributes to BBC programmes and the Financial Times.

She has written several books and many articles on email best practice. She was author of The Times Crème Section column ‘PC stress Busters’ and is co-author of Managing in the Email Office.
