Since my late teens, I've been a total perfume addict. I do fall in and out of love though but there is a core perfume wardrobe I can go back to for the last 28 years. My nose has got more refined as I have aged, a bit like my taste in wine (who knew Liebfraumilch would end up tasting like water when you're over 30).
Paris Fashion Week is one of my favourite times, and whilst it takes place in the capital of France, it is very much an international event. And there are so many Brits there. It struck me that it could be fun to match some of these talented British fashion gurus, with that other French icon, and my specialist subject, French wine.

In March 2009, Belarusian model Maryna Linchuk opened John Galliano's autumn 2009 show. She was the embodiment of the eastern peasant top to toe; from the headwear to the pointed almost primitive shoes she wore. Two and a half years on, and elements of a similar aesthetic have crept their way back onto runways worldwide, both in Autumn and Resort collections, 2012 and 2013 respectively.
