It would appear that Heidi Klum is just like the rest of us when it comes to shifting that stubborn baby weight.
She's recently admitted that she's struggling to lose the weight more this time around than with her previous pregnancies, and it seems to get harder as she gets older.
Heidi and husband Seal recently introduced baby daughter Lou to the world. This is Heidi's 4th child, and joins Helene, Henri and Johan in the Klum brood.
Heidi was quoted as saying "I wouldn't say I'm back in shape yet. Everything changes when you get older. It was different when I was 31 with the first one and now being 36 with the fourth one."
She's now determined to shift the baby weight, as she fears that if she leave the extra pounds there, they'll stick around for life!
Working as a supermodel, the pressure is no doubt intense for Heidi to get back her pre baby figure. Especially when her fellow celebrities seem to spring back into shape straight after birth. Angelina Jolie recently appeared in action movie Salt, just six months after giving birth to the twins, with an enviable flat stomach. She attributes this to running around after all her kids and breastfeeding. Sensible, although that washboard tummy looks like it's seen a few sit ups too.
Rumours constantly seem to circulate about tummy tucks that occur straight after the birth, particularly in the celebrity world. Thankfully Heidi seems to be taking a sensible approach to it by eating healthily and exercising regularly.
For the rest of us mere mortals, we have some suggestion if you want to shift those last few pounds.
