5 Lunch Boxes And One Clever Gadget To Start A Healthy Year

In the spirit of all things healthy, it's time to have a look at the contents of your kid's lunchbox. For most of us, getting out of the door on time is enough of a struggle, without worrying about the nutritional content of your kid's lunch.

To help out, Tesco have come up with a clever gadget to allow you to make the right decision before you even hit the supermarket.

The Lunchbox Tool allows you to create your own lunch, whilst they work out the exact number of calories, fat content, salt levels and sugar. You can pick anything from the type of bread and filling you have, to the snacks you want to accompany it. Once you've decided what you want to order, you simply click on the 'Buy Your Lunchbox" button and it adds it to your grocery list. You could even get the kids doing it,

Now all you need is something to put that healthy food into. This In the Night Garden Lunch Box is from Woolworths for £11.
