Calvin Klein Inc is counting on the sweet smell of success when the megabrand turns its uber-successful CK One fragrance into a new label complete with jeans, swimwear, and, of course, underwear just in time for spring.

The CK One line is slated to hit Calvin Klein, Calvin Klein Underwear, and Calvin Klein Jeans stores as well as major department and specialty stores worldwide in January 2011.

According to the company, the new brand, focused around the unisex scent launched in 1994, will hope to attract younger, fashion-conscious male and female customers.

Expect cotton stretch and microfiber underwear in both basic styles and novelty prints, jeans in slouchy slim silhouettes and a variety of washes for men and women, and woven and knit pieces.

Each season, new items will make their way into the collection.

"We feel strongly that adding a compelling lifestyle apparel offering to the iconic ck one brand franchise will extend the platform of the brand and take the ck one brand to the next level," says Tom Murry, Calvin Klein Inc. president and chief executive officer.

CK One, touted as the world's first unisex fragrance, remains a top-ranked scent worldwide, and, at its height, 20 bottles were sold every minute of every day.

So, what will the new line cost? WWD reports that the company hasn't released the pricing yet, but Murry tells the publication it will be 15 to 20 percent below Calvin Klein Jeans and Underwear.

We wonder who will star in the sure-to-be-talked-about ad campaign. Could it be Lara Stone? Or Zoe Saldana?
