Made in Dagenham is the fantastic new film starring Sally Hawkins, Jaime Winston, Miranda Richardson and Rosamund Pike.
It tells the charming real-life story about the feisty women machinists who worked in the Ford factory and went on strike over equal pay. Their actions caused a ripple that caused a political tidal wave, and as a result of sticking up for what they believed they changed the view of British women in the workplace forever.
MyDaily met up with Rosamund Pike for an exclusive interview - we talk about feminism in society today, why she believes that sexism is still rife in the industry and what she hopes women will take away from the film.
It's out on general release at cinemas on October 1 - take your girlfriends and go out and get a little R.E.S.P.E.C.T!
