Felder Felder Turns Interior Designer

Cult design brand Felder Felder is the latest fashion name to turn its attention to interior design - stamping its signature feminine rock and roll aesthetic on a luxury loft apartment at The Henson. The super-stylish development (and, fact fans, former home to Jim Henson's much-loved Muppets) nestles fabulously between London's punk haven Camden and the still achingly cool Primrose Hill.

German-born designers (and identical twin sisters) Daniela and Annette Felder, whose celebrity fans include Rihanna, Gwyneth Paltrow and Florence Welch were appointed to inject their unique brand of punk chic to the most sought-after apartment in the block, including the design of several bespoke pieces. The living room space showcases a Felder Felder designed couch upholstered in the fire print seen in Felder Felder's SS10 show. Other stand-out features include a studded metal wall and a Victorian fabric roll holder with leather stud detail transformed into a standing light.

Original Felder Felder sketches adorn the walls alongside artwork by David Packard, inspired by Felder Felder fashion images. Rob Soning, director of Londonewcastle says, "Londonewcastle is constantly looking to push the boundaries and encourage limitless creativity. This incredible building is home to a vibrant area and the dynamism of Felder Felder - and their own willingness to experiment - is a wonderful example of fashion fusing with interiors."
