The unusually flexible listing is probably a reaction to the California real estate market remaining rather sluggish, but that doesn't mean the former Theron-Townsend abode can be considered cheap. The cost of living like an A-lister? One month's rent will set you back $30,000 (about £19,000) or you can simple pony up $7.5 million (about £4.7 millon) for the deed.
The home on offer is a beach front property with three bedrooms, 3.5 baths, and a grand total of 2,095-square-foot home with a hot tub and fire pit to boot. The home comes fully furnished, complete with beach toys and The Osbournes as neighbours. The only obvious negative is that the front door opens a little too close for comfort to California's famous Highway One.
