Gwyneth Paltrow sported her second all white number of the week at last night's LA premiere of Country Strong, but this daring design wasn't quite as angelic as the chic Monique Lhuillier dress she wore to the Hollywood Walk of Fame event.
While she's normally quite conservative with her red carpet choices, Paltrow opted for a backless, full-length gown with a revealing, lace-up section running down the thigh.
