Hot Or Not: Rihanna's Stripy-And-Sheer New Year's Eve Dress

Rihanna's always making unexpected fashion choices, and her outfit to herald in the New Year was no exception.

The singer hosted a party at Las Vegas' Pure Nightclub to welcome 2011, and instead of her usual body-con staples, RiRi opted for a more sedate look with a red-and-sheer striped dress, which she paired with black stilettos.

She made sure the red hue was colour-coordinated to match her hair and her vibrant red nails, and despite the sheer panels on the dress, RiRi managed to keep everything under wraps.
