Anthropologie's wooden wedge
Attention, Anthropologie fans. Really cute shoes coming your way.
On the 25th of February, Anthropologie will be launching its first shoe-only space in London, opening next to the Kings Road outpost and designed in the intimate, sitting-room-style that we've come to associate with Anthropologie, complete with maple flooring, custom-upholstered furniture and reclaimed shelving.

Décor aside (and yes, we'd happily move in), there's also the small matter of merchandise, namely shoes to whet the appetite of any fashionista, from fabric-covered platform wedges to cork-heeled loafers.
The shoe space will boast over 80 styles - casual, quirky, classical, smart - and the eclectic offerings will also include footwear from designers like Robert Clergerie, Chie Mihara, Maloles and Surface to Air.
Judging from these photos of just a few of the styles on offer, we're already hooked. And if you can't make it to London, www.anthropologie.co.uk is expanding its shoe selection in conjunction with the launch.
