INSPIRATION: All that glitters - there was a disco feel to Versus a/w 2011/12.
TOP LOOKS: Party dresses with exposed corsetry, the glittery purple and silver frocks and sparkly Mary Janes.
WHO WAS THERE: The editors packed in to see Christopher Kane's collection for Versace's younger sister label.
WHAT WE THOUGHT: Kane's Versus collection already has a celebrity following including everyone from Alexa Chung to Charlotte Church, and this season will have even more pretty young things turning to the label for their favourite party dresses. There was plenty of sparkle on the catwalk with Lurex pyramid prints on dresses and midriffs removed from coats and A-line frocks to expose the boned corsetry inside. Fun and fashionable - just what Versus should be.
