Actress Hermione Norris: Working Mums Can't Have It All

Former Cold Feet and Spooks actress Hermione Norris, 43, has told reporters that working mums cannot 'have it all'.

Speaking to the Radio Times, Hermione, who is married to TV producer Simon Wheeler and has two children, Wilf, six, and Hero, three, said:

'You can't have it all. You just can't. You're either at work or at home and it's a constant striving for equilibrium and balance and a constant failure to achieve it.'

Ms Norris conceded that her job made it slightly easier to spend time with her family, but admitted that generally, working mums have it 'hard':

'It's difficult for any working mum, though at least with my job, I've had from November until February to be with my children. Most mums aren't that lucky.'

What do you think?

Do you agree with Hermione?

Do working mums have it 'hard'?

Or are you a stay at home who thinks your work is equally hard?
