Posh Pregnancy - What's Next For Victoria Beckham?

With the Beckhams back in Britain – although reportedly just until the end of February – speculation is rife as to where the latest addition to the family will be born, and where the family might eventually settle once they become a six-strong clan.

As the shutters are opened and dust sheets removed from the furniture at Beckingham Palace - the Beckham's £18million pile in leafy Hertfordshire – will the interior designers be in planning a new nursery there?

Or will the Beckham's state-side home (a Beverly Hills mansion worth a cool £14million) remain the family's permanent residence? Could David's contract with LA Galaxy expiring in November mean that Victoria will stay in the UK with their new baby?

Or will Victoria decide to deliver her newborn in the US? Her first two boys, Brooklyn, 11, Romeo, eight, were all born by Caesarean section at the celebs' fave maternity unit, The Portland Hospital, whilst little Cruz was born in Madrid. Might Victoria extend her stay in the UK to deliver their fourth child, or could she be checking into the famous Cedars-Sinai in Los Angeles, where Nicole Richie, Ashlee Simpson and countless other stars have delivered their babies? It has already been reported that Posh will undergo another Caesarean, due to possible complications if a natural delivery was attempted after three 'sunroof' babies.

With all the talk of Victoria being 'desperate' for a baby girl, how will the Beckham boys cope should they have a little sister? And given Victoria's burgeoning career as a fashion designer, and all round clothes-horse, will a Beckham daughter automatically become the new Suri Cruise, the poster-girl for toddler couture? Will her mum's fashion prowess mean she will overtake Suri as the most stylish celeb offspring? And might Victoria even bring out her own maternity range - obviously to be worn with high heels?

And, in the competitive world of showbiz, we wonder how Posh's pregnant celeb chums really feel about her baby news – could there be mutterings of thunder-stealing (or OK! or Hello! cover deals) behind the scenes? Pregnant Amanda Holden tweeted her congrats, as did fellow Spice Girl Emma Bunton (Yeah!!! ! It's such brilliant news!!!) – but surely there must be the teeniest bit of green eyed monster over column inches? We all know how competitive mums can be...
