Why stage one Easter extravaganza when you can stage two? At least, that's the approach being taken by renowned food artists Sam Bompas and Harry Parr.

In addition to an Alice in Wonderland themed Rabbit Café in Brighton the pair will be hosting the world's first walk-in chocolate waterfall at Whiteley's Shopping Centre, Bayswater in tribute to the 40th anniversary of the original Charlie and the Chocolate Factory film.

Aspiring Augustus Gloops will be issued with a chocolate waterfall survival kit containing a protective suit and umbrella before setting off through the mouthwatering installation. Patient visitors (i.e. everyone who doesn't dive in mouth-first) will get the chance to make their own treats to take home with them.

Do you think they take requests? That giant pink boiled sweet boat won't build itself, y'know!

The chocolate waterfall will be at Whiteleys 22-25 April. Tickets will be on sale from 6 April at www.jellymongers.co.uk and are priced at £5.00
