Kylie Minogue celebrated Britain's hot weather yesterday but stepping out in a gorgeous ruffled maxidress.
The singer oozed 70s chic as she headed out in her full-length and fabulous number, which she accessorised with a plaited tan belt, a tasselled bag, and platform cork wedges.
