Fact: Courteney Cox loves a Little Black Dress. The Friends star was snapped arriving for an appearance on The Late Show with David Letterman last night in this figure-hugging little number.
The actress was out promoting new horror flick Scream 4 - and we love that she's hardly seems to have aged a day since the first Scream film debuted back in 1996.
The 45-year-old flaunted her enviable physique in the chic structured Roland Mouret LBD, and highlighted her perfect pins by adding a pair of towering wooden Jimmy Choo plaftorms.
A glossy ponytail, immaculate make-up and embellished earrings completed the effortless look.
