Posh Spice Baby News: £10,000 Harrods Nursery Shopping Spree

There were never going to be hand-me-downs from sister Louise's daughters, or borrowing a Moses basket from a pal for our Posh, was there, but a £10,000 nursery spree in Harrods? Er, why?

According to The Sun, Victoria, 37, and David, 36, are decking out their baby daughter's room with a pink theme (of course), and shelled out on a top of the range changing table and cot during their luxe shopping extravaganza. The paper also claims they have spent ANOTHER £10,000 decorating the baby's room at their French home in Bargemon.

The new addition to the family is due in the summer, and the couple are reportedly going to spend their 'baby-moon' in their £6 million French hideaway before making a permanent return to their Beckingham Palace mansion in Hertfordshire. Where obviously they'll host a garage sale or do a car boot to sell off all the bits the new baby will have already outgrown...

What do you think? Is it all relative - they can afford it, so why shouldn't they spend that amount, or is £10,000 on a nursery just obscene no matter how much cash you've got?
