The actress turned heads on the red carpet at the Cannes FIlm Festival 2011 in a stunning floral-print gown from the Elie Saab autumn/winter collection.
The crepe georgette dress featured lace detailing at the sleeves and neckline, and Sarah teamed it with a low-lying bun and striking jewellery.
The actress got glammed up for the premiere of her upcoming comedy I Don't Know How She Does It, which also stars Greg Kinnear, Pierce Brosnan, Olivia Munn, Seth Myers, Kelsey Grammer, Christina Hendricks and Jessica Szohr.
