Cruz wore a figure hugging Giorgio Armani Privé gown with lace detailing to the premiere of her latest film, Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides in Madrid yesterday. Maybe it's just us (we haven't quite got over the wedding dress of the year yet), but is Penelope wearing the black version of Kate Middleton's McQueen gown? Minus the veil and the bouquet, we can see some similarity, despite there being a lot more cleavage on show.
