School Play Kate Middleton: 'I'm In Love, I Can't Eat, I Can't Sleep'

With a look of despair crossing her face, her head in her hands, her shoulders slumped, Kate Middleton dramatically declares 'Oh woe, woe, woe is me. I'm in love. I can't eat, I can't sleep.'

Prince William's bride also reveals 'I can't concentrate on anything. My memory is gone.'

But this wasn't some last-minute pre-wedding nerves - it was a 10-year-old Kate acting her socks off as Prince Charming in her school drama production of Cinderella in 1992.

In footage obtained by the Sun, Kate - whose slender frame and confidence is already more than apparent even as a primary schooler - is playing the lovesick prince to an audience of parents and pupils of the £4,460 a term St Andrew's Prep in Pangbourne, Berkshire.

Kate's comic over acting and thigh slapping rouses much laughter in the audience - and her mannerisms and voice have more than a touch of the Prince Charles about them. We wonder if this could become her party piece for those Buck House royal knees-ups?
