Could Kate Moss be pregnant? She is certainly looking a little less than model perfection these days.
We've been studying this picture trying to work out a) if she is pregnant, b) if she's just looking a little, well, wobbly or c) whether she squashed a bread roll into her belt?
The problem is the lit cigarette. Even for hard-living Kate, 37, this isn't a great look for a pregnant woman.

Kate is getting married this summer to The Kills' Jamie Hince and already has an eight-year-old daughter with Jefferson Hack.
