After what seems like months of speculation, the four X Factor UK judges have finally been confirmed - and the line-up doesn't include Cheryl Cole.
After being sensationally dumped from the American version of the X Factor last week, everyone was waiting to see whether or not she'd return to her seat on the British panel.
But it seems it wasn't too be, as the line-up was confirmed by ITV and Simon Cowell last night, sans CC.
No official statement has been released to explain Cheryl's sudden departure from the US series just four days into filming, but it is widely suspected that either her strong Geordie accent, or a rift with a fellow judge was to blame.
So following Simon Cowell leaving to concentrate on the US show, coupled with Dannii Minogue's shock depature, it's all change on the X Factor panel for 2011.
With Gary Barlow already confirmed as a UK judge, it was yesterday announced that he would be joined by N-Dubz singer Tulisa Contostavlos, and Kelly Rowland of Destiny's Child. Louis Walsh will also be returning to the show.
"These four are totally up for it, each of them bring a different attitude," said Simon Cowell last night.
"They have had a ton of hits between them and they are all committed to finding a star. I have a feeling Louis and Tulisa will have slightly different points of view as to what the next star should look and sound like!"
