Seven-Year-Old Girl Gets Boob Job Voucher For Her Birthday

A self-confessed plastic surgery addict - has given her SEVEN-YEAR-OLD daughter a birthday present of a £6,000 voucher for a boob job.

Sarah Burge, who made headlines last year when she taught a then six-year-old Poppy to POLE DANCE, said her daughter 'squealed with delight' when given the gift.

Sarah, 50, who has spent over £500,000 on her own surgical procedures and is known as The Human Barbie has vowed to turn Poppy into a glamour model.

Poppy was presented with the voucher at a £12,000 'pamper party' to celebrate her seventh birthday. The youngster wore a £300 dress and had hair extensions and full make up for the occasion. Her other presents included a £250 computer, a £450 pink Swarovski crystal ring and necklace set, a £250 cake and a £4,000 spa break.

Her mother said: 'Poppy begged me for a boob job, so I gave her the voucher so she can have it after she's 16, when it's legal. If she develops naturally big boobs, she can have something else done with it.'

Poppy claims she 'can't wait' to have 'big boobs' like mummy, adding 'they're pretty.'
