She's been longing for a baby girl for years, and now Victoria Beckham's dream has finally come true.
David and Posh announced their fourth child was born at 7.55am on 10 July and weighed 7lbs and 10oz.
A spokesman said: 'David and Victoria Beckham are delighted to announce the birth of their daughter.
'Happy and healthy she arrived at 7.55 am this morning at Cedars Sinai hospital in Los Angeles. Brooklyn, Romeo and Cruz are excited to welcome their new baby sister to the family.'
The Beckhams have yet to decide on a name for their newborn daughter.
A close friend said: 'There is no name as yet. They are going to spend a little time getting to know her before choosing the name.'
The child was born by elected caesarean, in the same way as her older children.
David's sister Joanne has already tweeted her congratulations, writing: 'Big congrats to my sister in law @victoriabeckham and my big bro on the birth of my beautiful niece :) can't wait 2 see u all xx.'
Meanwhile, Kate Hudson and Muse frontman Matt Bellamy also welcomed a baby - a little boy.
Her rep confirmed to US Weekly that the 32-year-old actress gave birth to a 'healthy baby boy' in Los Angeles at the weekend.
Talk about a celebrity baby boom...
